Meet your English teacher Ylaine C!

Hello there, learners! I am Ylaine C from the Philippines. Also, a licensed teacher since 2014 with a Master’s Degree in English. I have been teaching students in grammar and pronunciation also in literature. Sometimes I am also a freelance host in events. For those years that I am teaching, I’ve learned a lot in the career I chose. First, to be patient to students having hard time learning the English language. Second, to be at my best always to help students who are fast learners. Lastly, learning is a continuous process. It may be hard sometimes, but we need to keep pushing and learning to love our students because each one is a unique individual learning in different styles. My Superpower is to make students laugh during discussion! During class hours, I often sing and dance to break the boredom of students. Because I believe that this is my calling, to touch hearts and lives through teaching.
